How to Track Your Order

  2. Shipping Confirmation:
    • As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. This email will contain a tracking number and a link to the carrier’s website, where you can follow the progress of your package.
  3. Track Your Package:
    • Click on the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or visit our Track Your Order page on our website. Enter your tracking number and order number to see the latest updates on your package’s journey.

Order Status Updates

  • Processing: We’re getting your order ready! This status means your order is being prepared for shipment.
  • Shipped: Your order is on its way! You can use the tracking number provided to see the estimated delivery date.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is almost there! It’s currently out for delivery and will be with you soon.
  • Delivered: Your package has arrived. If you haven’t received it, please check around your property or with neighbors in case it was left in a secure spot.

Troubleshooting Tracking Issues

  • Tracking Number Not Working:
    • It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update on the carrier’s website. If your tracking number still isn’t working after this time, please contact us for assistance.
  • Lost or Missing Package:
    • If your package shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please wait 24 hours as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered prematurely. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact us immediately, and we’ll help resolve the issue.
