Eligibility for Returns

- Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Crystals and gemstones should be unaltered and free of any damage.
- Non-Returnable Items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final sale items, custom-made products, or gift cards.
How to Return an Item

- Pack Your Item:

- Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Exchanges
