Processing Time
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Shipping Options
- Domestic Shipping (Within the U.S.):
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-3 business days for an additional fee.
Shipping Rates
- Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $50. For orders under $50, standard shipping is calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or through the carrier’s tracking system.
Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days. We will work with the carrier to locate your package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Incorrect Address: If you realize you’ve entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can update the address. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
